Morgan + Dylan’s Historic Shady Lane Wedding

Thiiiisss day, y’all.. all the heart eyes! I love this couple and I love this venue! Morgan and Dylan are some of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet, with smiles of gold! I photographed Morgan’s mom’s wedding in 2019, and I’ll be photographing Morgan’s sister’s wedding this November.

Morgan and Dylan knew each other in High School, but it wasn’t until a few years after that they had reconnected. As Morgan says, “the rest was history” after they spent hours at Mudhook Brewery talking on their first date. On the night Dylan proposed, he took Morgan back to Mudhook, then walked her to Cherry Lane to get down on one knee! They celebrated with family afterward and the planning began!

Morgan’s vision for her wedding at Historic Shady Lane was as beautiful as could be. A chance of rain led to a small switch in ceremony location, but gosh, it was so beautiful… and it poured for about 10 minutes during the ceremony! *wipes sweat off brow*… after all the work was done, Morgan, Dylan and their guests danced the night away 🙂
