Katie + Andy’s Equestrian Themed Micro Wedding

COVID was a real damn bummer for the 2020 wedding season. Brides and Grooms were forced to make massive sacrifices if they wanted to keep their original date or they had to completely change their wedding day! ANP brides are something else though! My girls fought through it and had some of the BEST days ever! This day was so good, in fact, that Katie and Andy have decided this day was enough for them and they aren’t redoing in in 2021!

Katie and Andy got married at Katie’s childhood home. One good thing about COVID weddings was the ability for clients to slow down and really spend time with their loved ones on their wedding day. Katie got dressed in her childhood bedroom.. HOW COOL IS THAT?!

If you’ve been around here for a while, you might recognize Katie.. She helps out at Christmas Mini Sessions almost every year! Did you know she’s an awesome photographer? Like super great equine portrait photographer, livestock photographer, etc… The girl knows her stuff. SO can you imagine my NERVES when she asked me to photograph her wedding? The girl has literally taught me all I know about photographing horses… How in the frick was I supposed to do her justice?! Well y’all, the day went off without a hitch and I photographed some of my most favorite images everrrrr.
